Mr. Casco, owner and president of Casco Consulting Group LLC, has 35 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry built through various managerial and executive positions. Subject matter expertise includes Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Oil Spill Response Planning, Integrated HSE Management System and Oil & Gas E&P Operations. Alberto earned his B.S / M.S. in Chemical Engineering and his postgraduate in Petroleum Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Throughout his career he has had different assignments with local / regional responsibilities in the areas of operations, HSE and Crisis & Continuity Management. Between 2001 and 2011 he worked for a major integrated energy company as a Crisis Management Director for Latin America and the Caribbean Region, based in Houston. He also participated in the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill response.
